Dungeon merchandise is printed for you after checkout. That keeps the Armory lean, but it also means ordinary change-of-mind and size exchanges work differently from stocked retail.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items
Contact the guild within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number from your Stripe receipt, a short description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. When Printful confirms a production or shipping error, we will arrange the available replacement or refund remedy at no additional cost.
Lost packages
Contact us no later than 30 days after the carrier's estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking record with Printful and pursue the available replacement or refund remedy when the shipment qualifies as lost.
Wrong size or change of mind
Because each item is made to order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or a preference change. Check the option and sizing note on the product card before paying. This rule does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived where you live.
Cancellations and address changes
Contact us immediately. We can request a cancellation or product change only while Printful still shows the order as waiting for fulfillment. Once production begins, the item cannot be changed or canceled. Address changes may remain possible for a short time, but are not guaranteed after fulfillment starts.
Wrong address or unclaimed delivery
The buyer is responsible for entering a complete deliverable address and claiming the package. If an order is returned because the address was insufficient or the package was unclaimed, additional reshipping charges may apply.
How to get order help
Reach the guild through Discord and tell us you need private Armory support. Have your Stripe receipt and order number ready. Do not post your street address, payment details, or receipt publicly.
