Request a record action

Send a private request for review. A request records what you asked for; it does not itself export, correct, delete, or withdraw consent.

Saving controls pause new learner saves as soon as you confirm, and you can turn saving back on there. Broader consent review and deletion requests still need review below.

For a deletion request, staff can remove one learner’s saved learning, or delete the whole family account (every learner’s saved learning and your sign-in) if you ask for that in the details. Cancel a Stripe membership with Manage billing before asking for a whole-account deletion. A receipt lists what was removed; request history and billing records are kept. This does not clear work on your devices.

For an incorrect saved learner display name, send a correction request. Staff can preview and confirm the change, leaving a receipt with the previous and corrected names. Other requested corrections remain under review.
