What membership does not promise
Trust matters more than urgency. The Academy should clearly state its current limits and give families a safe recovery path after payment.
Is membership accredited tuition?
No. Dungeon Academy is an enrichment beta, not an accredited school or official transcript provider.
How is payment verified?
Stripe activates after its trusted billing confirmation. Native $DGN activates only after the committed dungeon-1 transfer is verified server-side.
Can a learner purchase access?
No. Children should not receive purchase prompts. A parent or guardian manages membership and account recovery.
What happens after cancellation or expiry?
Paid rooms close after the current period. The free sampler remains available, and the family can rejoin later without creating a duplicate payment.
What should I do if access looks wrong?
Open the parent dashboard or support path. Do not pay a second time while a confirmed payment is still being reconciled.
